Paddock Wood Primary Academy 

Wilf represented PWPA for their inaugural NSEA competition at Duckhurst in the Easter holidays.  Wilf, and his pony Molly, had two brilliant clear rounds .  He was very proud to represent his school at riding.  If anyone else has a pony, likes to compete and would like to join Wilf on the equestrian team please contact the school office for more information.

Joseph managed to achieve his blue belt at his karate grading this week!

For your application and commitment to working to the best of your ability and knowledge in literacy as well as displaying pride in your work. 

For being a reflective learner in maths lessons this week. You’ve worked hard to increase your accuracy with with the arithmetic methods that you find more challenging and are now able to tackle these with greater confidence. Well done Uran.

For being a thinker and reflective. You have taken your time to produce an interesting diary entry in the role of a Spartan soldier. You have successfully identified ways to edit and improve your writing. Well done!

All of 5G, both those who went to Wales and those that were working on the chocolate project, for their unerring perseverance and determination in the last few weeks. You are an inspiration to everyone.

Archie has shown he is a mature and independent learner this week.  He demonstrated good knowledge and reflection skills particularly in the perimeter and area of shapes topics. Also problem solving first thing in the morning was great to see him so awake!

Harold has impressed us so much with his maths again this week.  It is so great to see your confidence grow each week and you handled decimals brilliantly !  Well done.

Edmund, you totally nailed fractions this week! Your knowledge about them and turning them into decimals was spot on. Keep it up, champ!

For being a risk-taker in all subjects by always confronting problems to solve head on - well done Marcus!

For being a risk-taker! Elia has embraced the challenge of coming back to school with a smile on her face and a fabulous attitude to learning. She gives everything her all and we love how her positivity fills a room. Keep up the good work!
