Mrs Fidock's news update
It's the Big Build on Monday 27th for Year 1 - Year 5 (the other year groups will do something later in the year). Please refer to the letter that has been shared. Any recycling materials that you can collect would be gratefully received and we look forward to seeing what the children come up with. The competition is on...so let's see what we can do.
Lots more exciting events coming up with Bewl Water for Year 4, a theatre trip for Year 6 (more information to follow), Plas Pencelli for Year 5 and lots more. We will be sharing more of these as we move through the term.
We've had Pupil Progress Meetings with key year groups this week and the progress and attainment has be really strong. We continue to monitor this, along with their work in books and with external visits - we have been blown away by the effort made and the learning behaviours we have seen.
For those of you that knew Mr Opstad, we are marking 2 years since he died today. As with last year, we ask that if you would like to mark this in some way, please light a candle tonight.
