Dear Parents and Carers,
What a fantastic week!
I have been so proud to see the children of Paddock Wood perform this week. From EYFS to Year 6, I have been wowed by the dedication to rehearse lines, actions and songs and perform them so confidently. I am sure you will agree that they have all deserved the ovations they received. I am still amazed at how fantastic the EYFS Nativity was, they really did kick the festive season off and did so with a smile and such confidence... at four and five years old! Every year group since has continued to raise the bar and we sincerely hope that you all enjoyed the performances, it was great to see so many of you.
This week, which was already busy enough, has also included a trip to the church, our inter-house art competition and all of the work that always continues behind the scenes!
Please remember that the first day back for the children after the Christmas break is Tuesday 7th January 2025.
I wish you all a happy and healthy Christmas break. I hope you all get to spend quality time with family and friends whilst taking a moment to reflect on 2024 before we prepare for the countdown to 2025.
Very best Christmas wishes,
Mr Moore
