Financial Condition: Income INR 4000/month for a family of 4 members. Suraj lives in Panskura, Purba Medinipur with his parents. Father worked in a fish market which is closed due to lock-down. Suraj has Glaucoma. Eyesight in his right eye is almost entirely damaged and in his left eye, it is getting worse everyday. He is pursuing science in his own school. He has a younger brother who is in class 6. They have a job card. Their house is asbestos roofed and built of mud and partially plastered. Till class 10, his school teachers helped him in his studies financially. Suraj's father sometimes had to take debts from relatives for his education.
Ambition : Suraj wants to be a WBCS officer and wants to support underprivileged people like him.
