First, welcome to Pack 845 we are glad you decided to enroll your Scout in our Troop.
There are a couple of things we want to share with you as you just joined and we use some electronic tools to communicate.
- ScoutBook: This is the go to resource for the calendar and advancement tracking for your Scout. You will receive an invite to join ScoutBook with 24-48 hours of filling out the application and submitting it to our Membership Chair. Be Sure to check your SPAM or Junk Email Folder.
- Zoho: We use Zoho Books for accounting purposes. One of the features allows you to log into a portal and see all the invoice you have pending or have paid through the Scouting year. Again this is an email invite you will receive so check your SPAM or Junk Email folder.
- Google G-Suite: We use Google for a bunch of things in the Pack one of which is communications. Again this is an email invite so please check your SPAM or junk email folder. Event registration is usually through a Google Form.
- Read the section on the site for Parent Involvement. These are very important and will help you understand a little of how the program runs and why we do some of the things we do.
