Fundraising Program
The Cub Scout program is primarily funded through Fall fundraising - mainly through the sale of Popcorn & Wreaths. The experience of fundraising can teach each Scout important skills in communication and give them a chance to share what they love about Scouting.
All information about Pack Fundraisers will be distributed early September. Our Pack utilizes fundraising to support the pack budget. We use raised funds to cover costs of the Pack and special programs that enhance the Scout experience. To assist in that process, we set a Scout Fundraising goal. The Scout is encouraged to raise these funds through fundraising. This could be through donations from family, product sale or family contribution.
Please know that Scouts are credited with 30% of popcorn sales and 50% of wreath sales. The fundraising goal for each Scout is $75 for the 22-23 year.

Popcorn Sales
Scouts have the chance to share the fun they have with Scouting through popcorn sales. Remember that it is a learning experience and Scouts should always have a parent or guardian with them while selling products. Scouts may experience something new and the support of a parent/guardian is very important.
Be sure to represent Cub Scouts by wearing the Cub Scout uniform. A reminder that any product sold must be paid for at time of order. Orders will not be submitted for product unless the funds are submitted at the time of the order. Orders are due late October and product will come in for distribution mid-November.
Many thanks to Sarah Klein for coordinating the popcorn sale!

Two ways to participate in the Popcorn sale:
Take Orders: Scouts will be able to take orders for popcorn. The form is available to be printed from the Bay Lakes Website (Popcorn Order Form).
Online Orders: Scouts will have an online ID and information sent to them after the first Pack Meeting. They can then forward that information and receive credit for online sales by friends and family.
All popcorn forms & information can be found under our Documents tab and Fundraising.
Wreath Fundraiser
Pack 3615 participates in a wreath sale as a fundraiser. Wreaths are popular leading into the holidays and the company we work with has high quality products. Payment for orders must be made when the order is taken. Wreaths are typically distributed for delivery in mid-November.
Wreath information & forms can be found under our Documents tab and Fundraising
