Some guidelines when preparing your poster:
• Include: Title, names, and department. Email contact is usual but not required
• All text must be readable. Minimum of 24pt font for body text and larger for headings
• All figures should be large enough to see and interpret from a distance – that includes font sizes for labels and scales
• Acknowledgements should include: collaborators, coworkers and importantly funding sources
• Citations should include essential references to past published or web-sourced works that informed your research
• Work with your advisor / mentor as you prepare your poster.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS
If you are giving an oral presentation, we will have computers setup to project in the two presentation rooms. Your presentation should take about 15 minutes, with 4 minutes for questions. It is important that you are in the room ready to present at your scheduled time. Consider attending all of the talks in your session.
