Scott LeLaCheur

Scott LeLaCheur has been ministering in Spirit-empowered ministry since graduating from Eugene Bible College in 1985. He has served as a youth pastor, evangelist, staff pastor, and then spent 13 years as the Lead Pastor at Zion Christian Church in Troy, Michigan before moving to Los Angeles over ten years ago to become the Lead Pastor of Summit Christian Church in Tujunga, California. Scott and his wife Connie are passionate about building a Spirit-filled, Word-centered church marked by worship, discipleship, and the transforming power of the Holy Spirit.
Through decades of diverse ministry assignments—ranging from evangelistic outreach to pastoral leadership—God has given them a unique and seasoned perspective on what He is doing in His Church today. Their ministry flows from a deep love for the local church and a strong belief in the ongoing work of the Holy Spirit to equip, heal, and empower believers.
Scott holds a Masters degree in Theology from Jacksonville Theological Seminary.

Kara Powell, PhD, is the Executive Director of the Fuller Youth Institute (FYI), the founder of the TENx10 Collaboration , and the Chief of Leadership of Leadership Formation at Fuller Theological Seminary. The mission of FYI is to equip diverse leaders and parents so faithful young people can change our world. Named by Christianity Today as one of “50 Women to Watch”, Kara completed her PhD in Practical Theology from Fuller Seminary in 2000, an MDiv from Bethel Theological Seminary in 1994, and a BA degree with Honors from Stanford University in 1991. In addition to her roles at Fuller Seminary, Kara is the author or co-author of Future-Focused Church, Faith Beyond Youth Group, 3 Big Questions that Change Every Teenager, Faith in an Anxious World, Growing With, Growing Young, The Sticky Faith Guide for Your Family, Sticky Faith Curriculum, Can I Ask That?, Deep Justice Journeys, Essential Leadership, Deep Justice in a Broken World, Deep Ministry in a Shallow World, and the Good Sex Youth Ministry Curriculum.

Kyle Rodgers has served as a pastor for 20 years, and is a speaker and leadership coach who challenges people to focus on what matters most and execute with intentionality where it counts. He works with leaders, teams, and organizations to strengthen communication, emotional intelligence, and disciplined leadership under pressure. Kyle also has a weekly email called Dads Matter which is designed to give fathers courage and clarity along their fatherhood journey. Kyle lives in Florida with his wife Danielle and their two children, Savannah and DK.
David Bennett

David Bennett serves as a financial advisor to Pacific Open Bible. He graduated from Cedarville University with a B.A. in English and Bible. He graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary with the Master of Theology degree and an M.A. in Counseling from Ashland University.
Dave has pastored in Cleveland, Ohio, and served as a Financial Consultant at a major brokerage firm where he and his partner managed over $380 million of customers’ assets in the late ‘90’s. Currently, he serves clients helping individuals and non-profits make wise decisions about their resources so that they can accomplish their goals.
