All HSTs are required to facilitate two field trips a school year.

You can either sign up via our HST SignUp Site for a trip that has already been scheduled or you can use the Field Trip Request Form at the bottom of this page to set up a specific field trip you'd like.

This information will help us to better organize and provide trip details to HSTs and families.


CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS TO YOUR SIGN UP

You can change or cancel your sign up, via SignUp Genius, up to 60 days before the field trip.

Resources for HSTs

You have the option of requesting a field trip via the Field Trip Request Form.

The Accounting Team will work with your school Leadership team to review and approve the request.

If the field trip is approved, the Accounting Team will follow up with you to confirm available dates and times. They will handle the rest of the legwork for you; they'll contact the venue, schedule the trip, take care of the paperwork, pay, add the trip to the Field Trip site, etc ... All you'll have to do is share the lessons plans and/or educational resources to accompany the field trip, check families in and have fun!
