Click the logo to get connected to the Google Hangouts Help page. It functions very much like Google Meet in case you are using Meet.

If you're confused about the difference between the two, it's okay. Basically Meet and Chat are combing to replace the old Hangout. Here is a page from Google explaining the difference in more detail.
