Gr. 9 Outdoor School

Good Morning Grade 9 Parents and Students,

I pray that everyone has been able to enjoy a wonderful weekend and start to the school year. This year has been exciting to start and I pray that God has been blessing you abundantly!

Each year, the Alberta Conference plans a trip for our Grade 9 students to be able to experience God’s nature and learn some new skills. They have organized a trip to Camp Yowochas and we would love to have you attend. This trip is not mandatory but it will be a wonderful experience.

The camp is located west of Edmonton and will provide the lodging and food for our students (cost of $110/student) but the student will be required to bring their own bedding, clothes, etc. The transportation to and from the camp is the responsibility of the parent. However, we may send out emails soon if we can plan for some carpooling.

Please fill out the following form Grade 9 Outdoor Education as soon as possible to let us know if you plan to attend.

Each student will need to fill out the permission forms and pay the fee (e-transfer or credit card payments only) and submit them to PACeS in order to attend.

As we get more of the intent forms back, we will organize a parent meeting over Zoom to discuss further details or answer any questions.
