Q1. How the land will be divided between investors.
A. The land will belong to every investors wheter he owns 1 Sq.Yard or 100 Sq.yards.
But there won’t be any clearly defined boundaries.

A. OXYBRICKS actively markets the property and find buyers, charges 2% for the service.

A. We will explore all options - based on the investors voting, we can take decision.
Q4. Builder option - How do we divide outcome?
A. different builders work on different ratios - we should get min 3-quotes and choose the best.
Q5. Small investors (5 sq.yards) Vs Big investor (100 sq.yards) - How profits are shared?
A. Profits will be shared in proportion to Sq.Yards owned.
Q6. Registration for all investors
A. MoU will be given to all investors, not registrations.
Q7. Lead Investor - Exit Policy
A. It is easy for small investors to exit, Lead investor or platform may show new investors.
If lead investor wants to exit, he/she has to find new buyer, till than it is hold.
Q8. Time Periods
A. Investors can decide on time periods.
OXYBRICKS as a platform will publish standadrd timelines for property-property.
Q9. If we give to builder, how set backs are considered?
A. Once builder enters, unit will change from Sq.yards to Sq.ft.
in 2420 Sq.Yards, we are expecting 17,000 Sq.ft construction.
Hence Sq.ft will be divided in proportion to Sq.ft.
After giving builder share we get X SQ.ft. The same will be shared in proportion.
