LEAP/LIFT are prevention and diversion programs serving middle and high school students, offering evidence-based, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed support while improving school safety and reducing risks of violence or justice-system involvement. Together, they provide mentoring, mental-health support, and linkage to community, academic, and vocational resources for underserved youth.
