Fall Student Support Groups:
These groups run for 10 weeks and meet once a week. This is a great way to connect with other students and learn helpful skills to improve your overall social, emotional, and mental health.
LOVING YOUR BEST SELF: Focus is on helping students who want ideas and tools with self love and self care. Students will gain a healthier perspective of themselves while improving their thoughts on self-worth.
TIME MANAGEMENT: Learn time management strategies that will help improve performance, learn to multitask, organize and plan.
CHANGING MY LIFE'S LENS: Focus on optimism and building a positive outlook on life while helping students work through life challenges.

Grief Group:
Provides a safe place for teens to share their thoughts and feelings with other teens who are also grieving after the death of a family member or close friend.
