4.What documents are needed to complete the Online enrollment ?
Birth verification
Proof of Residency (Current within three months)
Utility Bill (Gas, water, electricity), Signed lease agreement
Immunizations

5. I have completed the online registration, but have not uploaded the documents, I selected “I will email or mail this document to the school instead of uploading it.” Will my online enrollment get approved?
The Records office will not accept online registrations if we do not have all required documents. Please upload, email or mail in the required documents to finalize your online registration process. Email: phs.ole@oxnardunion.org

6. I have completed the online enrollment and uploaded the documents required. Is my student officially enrolled?
Once you have turned in all required documents, the records office will review the online registration and you will receive an email stating that your online registration has been accepted.

7. When will my student choose his/her classes?
Counselors will be meeting with all incoming freshmen starting in December. All meetings will be hosted at middle schools.
