The Administrative Services Bureau provides support services to the Oxnard Police Department. The bureau is divided among three divisions:
The Professional Standards Division which is responsible for hiring, training, and internal affairs investigations.
Records & Property Division which is responsible for maintaining all information, recorded documents and evidence retained under the control of the Police Department. It also includes the Word Processing unit and Animal Licensing.
Support Services Division which comprises the business office and the office of the Community Affairs Manager.
Emergency Communications Division provides police dispatch services for the City of Oxnard. It is also a public safety answering point for fire calls. A civilian manager oversees the division's operations.
