We asked Mr. Smith why he decided to take this new position?" He said, 

"I thought it seemed like a good opportunity to help support the school." 

We asked Mr. Wagers: "Based on your experience so far, how would you compare this school to the one you taught at previously?" He said, 

"This school is completely different from my other school. There are a lot less students here. In China, I had 50-60 students in each class that I taught." 

We asked Mr. Campbell: "What made you choose to teach agriculture?" He said,

"My old high school Ag teacher Mr. Bennett. When I first entered high school, I did not think that I would enjoy agriculture, but Mr. Bennett made me love it. I became very interested in the different competitions, and I wanted to see other kids compete." 

We asked Ms. Crystal Reed: "On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate your position and why?" She said, 

"I would rate it a 10, I really enjoy it."
