TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR OWNDAYS OWN YOUR YEAR: GRAND DRAW CAMPAIGN
8 Nov 2025 – 10 JAN 2026


1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.1 By participating in the “OWNDAYS WEEKLY DRAW AND GRAND DRAW" promotion (the "Promotion"), each Participant (as defined below) confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by these terms & conditions set out herein, including any other requirements set out in any Promotion-related promotional material, and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications thereto as may be made from time to time (the “Terms and Conditions”).

1.2 This Promotion is organised and administered by OWNDAYS SINGAPORE Pte. Ltd (hereinafter referred as “Owndays”).

1.3 As a condition of entry into the Promotion, each Participant affirms and represents that he/she is above 18 years of age and agrees to be bound in all respects by these Terms and Conditions 

2. PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

2.1 The Promotion is open to persons:

2.2 “Excluded Categories” refer to:

(a) directors and employees of: OWNDAYS and its subsidiaries, OWNDAYS’s appointed agencies which include KPI Media Pte. Ltd., ARCTIC FOX STUDIO ASIA, Digitech Visual Production, Bug’works Pte Ltd, Wayne Entreprise Pte Ltd. and any other persons involved in organising, promoting and/or conducting the Promotion;

(b) immediate family members of persons who fall within the class of persons referred to in Clause 2.2 (a) above. “Immediate family members” mean spouses, children, parents, parents-in-law and siblings;

(c) any person who is or becomes insane, deceased, insolvent or is the subject of a criminal investigation, or has criminal proceedings instituted against him/her in any jurisdiction (at the time of entry and/or the draw);

(d) any person whose participation in and/or association with the Promotion may cause (in the sole and absolute opinion of OWNDAYS) OWNDAYS, and/or the Promotion any disrepute, contempt, scandal, ridicule, or cause OWNDAYS and/or the Promotion to be perceived unfavourably; and

OWNDAYS reserves the right (in its sole and absolute discretion) to determine the eligibility of any person in relation to the Promotion, and OWNDAYS  may at any time during the Promotion (and whether before, during or after a Lucky Draw), disqualify any person from participating in the Promotion without providing any reason if it determines that such person does not meet the eligibility criteria above.


3. PROMOTION MECHANICS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

3.1. The Promotion commences from 8 November 2025 to 10 January 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). All entries must be received by 11:59 PM on 10 January 2026.

3.2. The Promotion consists of (a) the Weekly Draws (“weekly draw”)(as defined below)(b) Grand Draw ("Grand Draw") for the Grand Prize (as defined below), (c) the Scratch & Win Cards from 22 Dec onwards (“Scratch & Win”)(as defined below)

3.3. To be eligible for the Weekly, Grand Draw and Scratch & Win Cards each Participant shall:

3.4. For all Qualifying Spend made online, the transaction(s) must be concluded by 23:59hrs (SGT) on 10 Jan 2026.

3..5 In determining the total Qualifying Spend for the purpose of calculating the number of chances for the Lucky Draws, the net spend will be considered and the following spending shall be excluded: - amounts paid using points (including OWNDAYS gift cards, OWNDAYS vouchers), taxes.

SCRATCH & WIN, WEEKLY DRAWS AND GRAND PRIZE OF SGD1,000,000

3.6 Participation in the Lucky Draws entitles a Participant a chance to win the Scratch & Win, Weekly and Grand Draw

Amount of Qualifying Spend in a Single Receipt: Every SGD50

No. of chances for the Weekly & Grand draw: 1 Chance

No. of chances for the Scratch & Win: 1 Chance

Illustration: A single receipt with a SGD183 Spend will give the Participant one (3) chances to qualify for the Weekly, Scratch & Win and Grand Draw.

3.7. Participants will be automatically enrolled in the Weekly, Scratch & Win and Grand Draw. For the weekly prizes, scratch & win and Grand Prize participants do not have the option of choosing which Prize they stand to win.

3.8 Weekly Draw: To determine the winners for the Weekly Draw, OWNDAYS will conduct Nine (9) Weekly Draws to select one hundred and eight (108) winners. Each week during the Promotion Period, OWNDAYS will conduct one (1) Weekly Draw and twelve (12) winners will be drawn from all eligible Participants. No participant may win more than once in the same week. All Weekly Draws will be conducted at OWNDAYS's office in 21 Merchant Road at level 7. OWNDAYS reserves the right to change the location of the Weekly Draws without prior notice.

3.9 Grand Draw: To determine the winner for the Grand Draw, OWNDAYS will conduct one (1)  Draw on 11 January 2026.  OWNDAYS reserves the right to change the location of the Grand Draw without prior notice.

3.10 Scratch & Win: Customers are required to download the OWNDAYS mobile application, log in to their account, and access the Mega Draw Campaign page, where the Scratch & Win card(s) will be displayed. 

3.11. The Weekly Draws will be conducted on the following days, starting from 18 Nov 2025, for the Weekly Draw entries entered in the preceding week (Saturday to Friday). The Weekly draw  will be witnessed by independent auditors and/or representatives of the relevant regulatory authority. OWNDAYS reserves the right to change the date of any of the said Lucky Draws without prior notice.

3.12. All winners of the Weekly Draw will be notified in writing by email and/or phone using the details provided in their OWNDAYS account (“Notification”). The winner must respond by email within seven (7) calendar days from the date of the Notification, failing which they will automatically be disqualified and replaced with another winner.

3.13. OWNDAYS shall publish and list the names of all winners of the Weekly Draws on its website, available through www.owndays.com/sg/en/megadraw

3.14. The Grand Prize Draw will be conducted on Sunday, 11 January 2026, witnessed by independent auditors and/or representatives of the relevant regulatory authority.

3.15. The Grand Prize Winner will be announced live during the event and via the Organizer’s website and official social media account on Tiktok & Instagram immediately following the draw.

3.16. If the Grand Prize winner:


then the Organizer reserves the right to forfeit the Grand Prize and/or select another  winner.

3.17. The Grand Prize Draw Event will take place on such date and at such time as may be determined by OWNDAYS. The exact date and time of the Grand Prize Draw Event will be made known no less than three (3) weeks before the Draw Event date, via Owndays website.

3.18. OWNDAYS does not accept any nominees or representatives of the Grand Draw Winner to attend on his/her behalf. The Grand Draw Winner who is unable to attend the Draw Event in person for any reason will forfeit their chance at the Grand Prize Draw. No reimbursement or compensation whatsoever will be made to them

3.19. The Organizer’s decisions regarding all draws, announcements, and results are final and binding

3.20. OWNDAYS reserves the right to substitute any Weekly and Grand Draw Winner subsequently found to be ineligible or disqualified with reserved Winners.

3.21. Each participant represents and warrants that any personal data the participant discloses to OWNDAYS  is complete and accurate. Each Participant shall fully indemnify OWNDAYS against any loss or damage that may result from his or her breach.


4. PRIZES

4.1. Scratch & Win: The refund will be applied to the customer’s most recent purchase and processed at the store where the purchase was made. No maximum refund cap applies. 

4.2 Weekly Prizes: A selection of prizes worth more than S$20,000 will be awarded through weekly draws conducted during the promotion period 

4.3. Weekly Prizes: There will be 12 weekly prizes to be won per week across 9 weeks
4.4. Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive S$1,000,000 in cash.

4.5. The Prizes for the Weekly Draws include:


4.6 The Weekly Prize and Grand Prize will be subject to applicable taxes. Any taxes, and  incidental costs (including legal fees) that may be incurred by the Weekly Prize winner and Grand Prize winner to own the Weekly Prize and Grand Prize will be borne by the winner

4.7. The winner of the Grand Prizes, are required to provide his/her bank account details (in his/her name) in such written form/format as OWNDAYS may require, in order for the prize money to be remitted. OWNDAYS bears no responsibility for inaccurate or incorrect information provided by the Grand Prize winners or any non-receipt of the prize money as a result of any inaccurate or incorrect information provided by the winner.

4.8. Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Organizer, all prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.

4.9. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent or similar value without prior notice.

4.10. The weekly and/or grand prize winner is solely responsible for all taxes, duties, levies, or fees associated with accepting and owning the prize. 


5. Prize Claim and Verification

5.1. All winners must present valid identification (NRIC or passport) and proof of purchase upon request to claim their prize.

5.2. Prizes must be collected as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the Prize. There shall be no refund or exchange for any partially used or unused prize.

5.3. The Weekly Prize winners must claim the prize within 7 Days from the date of notification.

5.4. The Top 3 weekly winners will collect their prizes from OWNDAYS Office 21 Merchant Road at level 7.  Weekly Winners of Prizes 4 to 12 will collect their prizes from OWNDAYS Suntec City Store - 3 Temasek Blvd, #02-465 / 469 / 481, Singapore 038983

5.5. Save as specified herein, all other Prizes that remain unclaimed or unredeemed beyond the timeline stipulated above,  unless such other extended date as may be stated in the website as per Owndays discretion, shall be forfeited. All winners whose Prize have been forfeited hereunder shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation. Failure to respond to any notification from OWNDAYS  in relation to any Prize won, or to provide any information or material required for the redemption/collection of any Prize, shall be deemed to be a failure to claim/redeem such Prize. OWNDAYS reserves the right to donate any unclaimed or unredeemed Prizes to such charities of its choice, or treat them in any other manner as deemed fit by Owndays.

5.6. The Grand Prize winner must complete all legal, financial, and administrative formalities to claim the cash prize within 60 days of official notification.

5.7. All Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, unless otherwise stated.

5.8. OWNDAYS reserves the right to deny or claw back any Prize awarded to any winner should the winner subsequently be found to be disqualified or ineligible to participate in the Lucky Draws. OWNDAYS’s determination on all matters relating to the Lucky Draws shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

5.9. OWNDAYS may at any time and without notice in its sole and absolute discretion and without assigning any reason, substitute any Prize with any other item whether or not of a similar value.

5.10.. OWNDAYS make no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms or conditions with respect to any Prize. The Prizes provided are on an “as-is” basis.

5.11.  Failure to comply with the verification or collection requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize at the Organizer’s sole discretion.


6. Personal Data Protection

6.1 Participation in the Promotion requires the processing of Participants’ personal data, including name, date of birth, NRIC/Passport number, nationality, gender, email address, personal mobile number, bank account details (for relevant winners), country of residential, occupation, marital status and number of children. OWNDAYS  may use participants’ personal data for the purposes of administering the Promotion, publicising and announcing the winners, matching personal data collected through this Promotion with other data OWNDAYS holds about the Participant to optimise operations and services offered to participants through the Promotion and other platforms such as providing relevant and personalised content designed to make the user experience smoother and more enjoyable, statistical analysis, and improving the products and services that the OWNDAYS offers (the “Relevant Purposes”). OWNDAYS may also disclose such personal data to any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers and/or agents for the Relevant Purposes. By participating in the Promotion, Participants consent to OWNDAYS collection, use, disclosure, storage and other processing of any personal data provided in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and OWNDAYS Privacy Policy (https://www.owndays.com/sg/en/privacy)

6.2. Each participant represents and warrants that any personal data the participant discloses to OWNDAYS is complete and accurate.

6.3.  As a condition to accepting a Prize or participating in the Draw Event as a Weekly or Grand Draw winner, he/she consents to the collection and public disclosure of his name, city/country of residence and image recordings for publicity or commercial purposes in relation to the Promotion. Each winner further agrees to participate in any advertising, promotion, media interviews and publicity activities stipulated by OWNDAYS in relation to the Promotion, and to provide and permit the use of his personal data for any future marketing efforts and media publicity by OWNDAYS in relation to the Promotion. 

6.4. To promote and advertise the Promotion, OWNDAYS reserve the right to engage authorised photographers and videographers to take photographs and/or video recordings. By participating in the Promotion, Participants consent to being photographed and recorded by authorised photographers and videographers and consent to OWNDAYS’s use of such images, films or recordings for creating marketing and publicity materials for public transmission. All intellectual property rights in any images, films or recordings created by Owndays in connection with the Promotion shall vest in Owndays unconditionally and immediately upon its creation. The participant hereby transfers and shall be deemed to have assigned in favour of theOwndays , all rights, title and interest in and to all the intellectual property rights in the images, films or recordings in perpetuity for no consideration. The Participant agrees that such assignment shall be absolute, perpetual, worldwide and royalty free. The participant acknowledges and agrees that he/she shall waive any right to and shall not raise any objection or claims with respect to the assignment.


7. General Conditions
7.1. All participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the Organizer’s final decisions, which shall be final and conclusive.

7.2. This Promotion is subject to all applicable laws, including the Gambling Control (Trade and Other Promotional Games and Lotteries — Class Licence) Order 2022. 

7.3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OWNDAYS, its employees and its authorised agents (“Indemnified Parties”) shall not be liable to any Participant for any injury, damage, loss, cost or expense arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, and each Participant agrees to indemnify and hold the Indemnified Parties harmless from and against any and all claims, damage, losses, costs or expenses suffered or incurred by the Indemnified Parties in relation to the Promotion.

7.4. OWNDAYS reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion without notice. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions with any other form of publicity collaterals relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

7.5. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. OWNDAYS and all Participants hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts in the determination of any matter or dispute arising in connection therewith.

7.6. These Terms and Conditions are not intended to confer rights to any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions, and the operation of the said Act is hereby excluded.

7.7. The Organizer is not responsible for technical malfunctions, system failures, corrupted entries, or fraudulent activity, and reserves the right to disqualify any such entry or entry suspected of manipulation.

8. Refund Policy

8.1. During the Promotion period, no refunds will be allowed. 


9. Permit and Regulatory Compliance

9.1. This Lucky Draw is conducted under the rules set out with the Class licence for Trade Promotion Games and Lotteries under the Gambling Control (Trade and Other Promotional Games and Lotteries - Class Licence) Order 2022.

9.2. The draw process, prize distribution, and participant verification will be conducted in accordance with all terms and conditions approved under the Permit.

9.3. The Organizer will maintain proper records of all entries, winners, and prize claims for inspection by regulatory authorities upon request.
