About Me

Welcome to our ComputerScience/Technology, and Yearbook class website!

Here is a little bit about me :)

I am a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin; Hook'em Horns!

I am married and have two boys, my oldest is an OSU alumnus, is married, and has a beautiful 3 year old girl, my youngest graduated from TU, is married and has a beautiful 1 year old baby girl;

I was a revenue accountant for 8 years at an oil and gas company in Houston, then stayed home with my boys, before I became a teacher;

I have taught in Owasso for 23 years; Ram Academy, 7GC, and OHS before coming to 8GC;

I attend First Baptist Church of Owasso;

I love my job!

The "why" behind my profession: After being an accountant and then a stay at home mom, I really picked up a dream I had from my childhood. I had always wanted to be a teacher. I love working with kids and helping to guide them. I want to make a positive difference with their lives.

I want my students to be successful in school and life. I want them to have a great year!
