Due to Governor Tom Wolf's order to close all Pennsylvania schools for the remainder of the school year, our Engineering Design & Development class did not have the opportunity to complete the typical presentation portion of the course. This webpage is meant to help supplement the presentation requirement for our group, for the Oley Valley High School STEAM program graduation honors and to complete the design process that we followed for our product.
If you have any questions or comments, please fill out the form located below. The form will guide you through the process to ask your question or send your comment and will notify us of any submissions so that we can answer your questions and address any concerns you might have.
We developed a series of items for the testing of our overall code, but because of the coronavirus we were not able to complete enough tests for our data to be statistically relevant. The file to the left is our testing plan that explains what our plans and goals were for the testing process.
The files we developed for testing include:
Testing Plan
Hand Testing Instructions
Hand Test vs. Digital Test Comparison Form
Post-Test Survey
If you contact us using the form above, we will gladly share information with you about our testing process, as well as some of the other materials we prepared.
While coding our application, we developed each major section separately. This allowed us to complete incremental testing and ensure that each section was working when we added it to our overall code file.
The major sections we used were:
Demographics
Location
Preferences
Storage
Growing Space
If you contact us using the form above, we will gladly share information with you about our coding process, as well as the code plans we developed for each of the major sections of our code.
