This is an 80-hour, 2-semester course aiming at helping English teachers develop their level of English moving from CEFR B2 (Upper-Intermediate) towards C1 (Advanced)
Module 1: July - December 2023 (40 hours - 2 hours a week)
Module 2: February - June 2024 (40 hours - 2 hours a week)
1 weekly online session of 120 minutes – via Google Meet
NB.: This is NOT an exam prep course.

What will I learn?
Participants will be exposed to content which is focused on Language Development via expansion of key vocabulary and advanced grammatical structures.
Participants will also undergo real-life communication situations, which, allied to the feedback of an experienced tutor, will help them expand on their Speaking, Reading, Writing and Listening Skills, as well as focus on complex and sophisticated Grammatical structures and Vocabulary.

Matheus Nazário has been in ELT since 2015, having worked as an English teacher and Academic Coordinator. Matheus has acquired many Cambridge English certifications in both Language and Teaching over the course of his career and is currently working on his DipTESOL from Trinity College London.

Every course participant must have:
A desktop or laptop computer connected to a high-speed internet connection, equipped with a camera and microphone;
A Gmail account is required to have access to Google Classroom;
3G and 4G connections, as well as the use of phones and tablets are not recommended.

Groups will be formed by a minimum of 3 participants and a maximum of 10;
Materials need to be purchased and won't be offered in PDF formats;
Sessions will be recorded and made available to participants for up to a week via Google Classroom;
