Niit! Come Play Go Fish in Sm'algyax!!
No experience needed, everyone is welcome.
There will be an interactive explanation of the game and key terms. Everyone will get a cheat sheet and then we will break into groups to play! The game is loads of fun to play in Sm'algyax and it's a low stress way to interact with the Ts'msyen language.

Ocean's Ts'msyen name is Ama G̱oodm La̱xsüülda. She is from Kitsumkalum and she has dedicated the last 7 years to learning and teaching Ts’msyen Sm'algyax. She has found that her passion to hold Sm'algyax in her heart deepens her connection with her traditional lands, her community and herself.
