Full refunds will typically be given for cancellations received by our office at least 30 days before tour departure date. When less than 30 days remain, we have already incurred a cost from our vendors and a refund will only be given when the tour(s) can be sold to another person. If this occurs, we will charge that person and refund your balance after their full payment. Any exception to this policy will be listed on the particular tour's description.
