Bus Transportation Requests Transportation requests go out to vendors every Tuesday at 8 am. If you need a bus, you need a minimum of 25 students. Please submit requests at least 60-90 days in advance. Please make all changes to your trip 21 days before your trip departs. All trips going to an EBRPD should request a Parks Express bus. If you make a change in your transportation request (and it is granted), it likely will double the price of a bus.

• California State Parks Reservations can be made up to six months to the day in advance of the arrival date (rolling window). Each new date opens at 8 a.m. PT.
