OUSD Field Trip Request Form Please submit overnight field trip request 60+ days in advance & high risk field trips 30+ days in advance

BAWT Gear Request Please submit requests 30 days in advance of pick up; Gear requests are open for pick up dates until December 2025.

Bus Transportation Requests Transportation requests go out to vendors every Tuesday at 8 am. If you need a bus, you need a minimum of 25 students. Please submit requests at least 60-90 days in advance. Please make all changes to your trip 21 days before your trip departs. All trips going to an EBRPD should request If you make a change in your transportation request (and it is granted), it likely will double the price of a bus.

Reservation Schedules

East Bay Regional Parks Applications are now being accepted for Fall 2025 field trips (August 11–December 21, 2025). Applications for Spring 2026 field trips (January 1 - mid June, 2026) will open the first week in September 2025.
California State Parks Reservations can be made up to six months to the day in advance of the arrival date (rolling window). Each new date opens at 8 a.m. PT.
