I believe…
...a spark of the divine lives in all of us and everything. We are all part of the same ecosystem of energy. When we know this in our bodies and souls we move into a vast lightscape that honors the connection of all things.
...we are souls having a human experience. When we die, our physical bodies once again transform to a different material state while our souls journey on to whatever realm we put ourselves in, ultimately to either come back to "earth school" to transcend to teacher/guide. It’s the alchemy of existence.
...the ability and opportunity for deep healing and connection lies in remembering and reimagining our connection to the natural world. The cells in our bodies are made of stardust and earth, water and fire. We draw wind into our lungs, and the ether connects all. We are trees, and sky, and oceans and animals. We, all things, are energy, and can tap into the great collective to heal and to find wholeness.
...that by living with the cycles of the season, to the best of our individual abilities in our modern world and the systems we live in, our lives are calmer, richer, and more connected to source. This will look different for each person, for each season of our lives. There are often barriers to full immersion, but even one small step brings us closer to our true selves.
...our ancestors, guides, and the gods and goddesses of our hearts can assist us on our souls path. No one journeys alone. We have a support team just waiting for us to reach out for help.
...unconditional love, compassion, care, and kindness lives in all of us. When we nourish and grow these in the best of times we gain strength, resilience and courage for the worst of times.
...there is magic in the mundane. When we approach everyday tasks with gratitude and reverence, like tending our homes, gardens, and loved ones, sharing meals and conversations, and even going about our work, we connected to the sacred in small, everyday moments.
...nature is the thread that ties us all together. regardless of race, culture, beliefs, experiences, gender, or any of the other ways we see ourselves as separate.
...in living my core values of authenticity, kindness, curiosity, love, personal growth and service. Every day, in every way, I strive to do better, and I give myself grace and show mercy when I falter.
...in approaching life with gratitude, awe, joy, and wonder. There is so much about our physical, spiritual, and emotional existence that we’ll never fully experience and understand. Knowing this, and embracing it, allows us to pull the thread of curiosity and discover whole new worlds with hearts wide open.
