Colorado Law requires landlords to provide a hotel or other alternate accommodation to a tenant when their unit is deemed uninhabitable.
The first step is to request this from your landlord. While it is not a guarantee that the landlord will comply, we encourage you to ask. Use the below letter template to give notice to your landlord.
