This online training resource is designed for Protected Area and Other Effective Area-based Conservation Measures (OECM) management practitioners, stakeholders, students and others who are interested in learning from real-world examples.

It is made up of a series of informative, evidence-based case studies that explore key competencies essential for effective protected area governance and management.

How to use the site

The module is made up of 4 Learning Sessions, each with one or more Case Studies.

The module is designed that you can either work consecutively through each of the learning sessions or you can explore the sessions and each case study in isolation.
