A message from our Headteacher

To all of our parents, carers and friends of Renton

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to our new school website. We hope you find it informative and a good source of any information you may need about the school.

We are very proud of our school and seek to engender that same pride in all of our children and aim for them to be proud to attend Renton Primary and LCU. We use Facebook as a method of updating our school community on the life of the school and the children's achievements as well as keep you informed about any upcoming events. We also use our groupcall text messaging service to further update you. We hope you find this useful and welcome any feedback you may have.

Renton Primary and LCU is a diverse school community and we serve the needs of all of our learners with care and in line with our vision as "a family of learners working together to achieve our dreams." As such, we value input and support from all of our families to support our childrens' learning journeys. Our children are enthusiastic learners who are keen to do their best both within the classroom and beyond. We are building our partnerships with the local community and with partner agencies to enhance our curriculum.

We have recently reviewed our school values and our school community agreed that our core values are:

We regularly celebrate any children who demonstrate these values during our Renton Ethos Builder assemblies.

We have also reviewed our school rules and have now agreed that our new behaviour motto is:
