Aim: Establish strategies to raise attainment for all pupils, including those at risk of underachievement.
Visible Learning
Implement the Visible Learning Programme to empower staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
Develop Assessment Capable Learners who can confidently discuss their learning by answering three key questions:

Numeracy
Introduce West Dunbartonshire Council’s Count With Me in WDC planning documentation for Numeracy and Mathematics to enhance learning experiences and attainment in Number and Number Processes.
Literacy
Staff member will undertake professional development and implement the council’s new Read With Me in WDC literacy approach at Primary 5.
Aim: Promote creative teaching and learning practices to increase engagement.
Further develop creative learning environments across the school.
Enhance play pedagogy and collaboration at the Early Level.
Aim: Develop children’s and young people's skills to support achievement in learning, life, and work.
Ensure progression in skills for learning, life, and work by embedding the six West Dunbartonshire Competencies (6 WD Cs) in our curriculum and learning:
