Comic Relief, also known as Red Nose Day, is a charitable initiative that uses laughter and entertainment to raise funds for tackling poverty and supporting communities worldwide. Pupils can participate by wearing a red nose or adding a red accessory to your school uniform.

So, grab your red gear and join in—every small splash of color helps make a massive difference for those in need!

The Parent Council helps to create an environment where all parents know that their views matter, and where they feel confident and comfortable putting them forward. They work on behalf of all parents to discuss educational matters that are of importance to all. They do not get involved in individual matters relating to children or staff in the school.

As we approach the start of the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA) exams in May, we want to remind pupils and parents that this is an important and exciting milestone in the school year.

The SQA exams in May mark an important point in the school year, giving pupils the chance to show what they’ve learned and take the next step toward their future goals. Steady revision, good routines, and support at home can make a big difference, helping young people feel prepared, calm, and ready to do their best.

Timetable

We expect all of our young people to attend school in full school uniform every day. Our school uniform consists of:

Black jumper (no logos)
School tie
Blazer
Black footwear

We are excited to introduce our newly appointed Head Captains, Andrew and Rebecca who will be supported by our Depute Senior Captains Carys, Kristie, Leah, Ruaraidh, Zara and Zavier.

Together, this team will work tirelessly to foster a positive school environment, support their peers, and contribute to the growth and development of our school culture. They will lead by example, championing various initiatives and fostering a supportive and engaging environment for all.
