Yutaka KOHNO, M.D., Ph.D.
Professor Yutaka Kohno graduated from the School of Medicine in University of Tsukuba and trained as a neurologist at the Department of Neurology in University of Tsukuba Hospital. He was a Research Fellow at the National Rehabilitation Center for Persons with Disabilities from 2001 to 2005 and received his PhD degree from University of Tsukuba in 2005. He is a board-certified member of the Japanese Society of Neurology, the Japanese Society of Clinical Neurophysiology and Japan Epilepsy Society.
He is a professor and is currently serving as the vice-president of Ibaraki Prefectural University of Health Sciences. His research interests include neurology, clinical neurophysiology and neuroscience-based rehabilitation.

Yeou-Lih Huang, Ph.D.
Professor Yeou-Lih Huang graduated from the Department of Medical Laboratory and Biotechnology in Kaohsiung Medical University and trained as a medical technologist at the Department of Laboratory Medicine in Kaohsiung Medical University Hospital. He received his PhD degree from Kaohsiung Medical University 1999. He is a board-certified member of the Taiwan Society of Laboratory Medicine and Taiwan Genomic Medicine and Biomarker Society.
He is a professor and is currently serving as the vice-president of Kaohsiung Medical University. His research interests include analytical sciences, atomic spectrometry and laboratory medicine.
