High School Equivalency classes are offered at the 7 locations below.
· Our classes run in 8-week sessions.
· Before joining a class session at any of our locations, a student must first register and attend an Orientation.
· At orientation we will fill out some paperwork, discuss the class expectations, and complete the pre-testing to assess each student’s starting level. While it varies for each individual, on average, orientation and pre-testing takes about 3 hours.
· The upcoming orientation dates are listed for each of our locations below; choose the location you are interested in and click on the Orientation button to register for a testing date.
We have both morning and evening classes at Graff Hall in Springfield.
Morning classes:
9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Tuesdays and Thursdays
Evening classes:
5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

For students who cannot attend any of our regular classes, we do offer an on-line classroom.
Requirements for On-Line Classes:
Computer with Internet Access
(cell phone not sufficient)
Minimum 5 hours on-line attendance weekly
Pre-Testing & Post-Testing at an Ozarks Tech AEL class location
Minimum starting Scores on Pre-Tests

Our HSE classes at Ozarks Tech are a grant-funded program. It is important for students to be able to commit to attending class regularly (a minimum of 40 hours for each 8-week session) so that our grant will continue to pay our instructors and the other costs associated with offering our classes at no cost to our students.
Please note that children are not allowed on Ozarks Tech campuses during classes or testing. Thank you for your cooperation.
