Term 3 2022: The year is flying by fast!
A few changes for this term - I will be absent on Wednesdays throughout most of term 3 attending a course. We continue to have a high absentee rate of students and sometimes staff, with few relievers to support. For this reason, again I will try to make sure all work will be accessible online. Additionally, students please try to remember to charge your chromebooks and/or bring your charge cords with you. Our department chromebooks need to be shared with other classes.

Important Online Google Meet Class Information: Google meets and chats will be recorded (and archived). This is for teacher reference and the safety and security of participants. They will not be shared online.

Click the icon above in the top left corner of this page - or on your daily class calendar in Google Classroom (Term 3 Classwork). Make sure you are using your school account or you may not be admitted into the class.
Keep your microphones off - unless speaking. This is to avoid background noise. Use the Raise your hand button to speak, unless addressed.
Chat will be open - to help with Questions and Answers. Students can help here - especially if I am presenting and cannot see the chat while I am presenting.

Does anyone want other support time offered? (Eg. Class open tutorial / work together time, small group or individual help) This will be asked each time - can vary and would be optional to attend.
Work sharing and/or setting up fun stuff (game, dress up class, open to ideas here:)

Term 3 Week 4, and Level 4 Covid lockdown has been quick and fast, but we are ready and can do this together. By now Mr. Fraser has sent out emails to families and teachers are doing this too. Students please check your emails daily. You can find all our work on the Daily Calendar
Above all - take care of yourself and your whanau. Stay home, stay well and be kind to yourself and others.
