3. Launch Bloomberg Application
4. Press <Enter> to Start
5. Click “Create a New Login”
6. Create an Account, Verify It, and Sign In (Very Step-By-Step)
7. Once logged in, Close the Pop-Up and search “BCER” in the Search Bar
8. On the Side Navigation Bar, Click “Sign Up”
9. Clicker “I am a learner” and Agree to ToS and Privacy Policy
