DAY 1 — Tuesday, February 17

Pediatric Skills Playground

The Pediatric Skills Playground is an open, hands-on skills experience available during the vendor

session.

Learners can come and go freely with no registration required.

Skills Available:

- Pediatric airway practice

- NRP-focused newborn resuscitation

- Trach care and troubleshooting

- Additional tabletop pediatric skills as space/time allows

DAY 1 — Jumpstart your Guardians Conference experience with a relaxed, hands-on pediatric skills session designed to build comfort before entering high‑fidelity simulation. Stations include airway management, NRP skills, and tracheostomy care. No registration required—just drop in.

DAY 2 — Wednesday, February 18

SIM STORM: Level Up Your Lifesaving

Participants only need to sign up for ONE simulation block.

Each block features the same three cases and can accommodate 6 learners.

Simulation Cases:

- Vfib

- Pediatric Bradycardia

- OB Arrest

Schedule:

• 9:00–10:00 AM

• 10:00–11:00 AM

• 11:00–12:00 PM

• 1:00–2:00 PM

• 2:00–3:00 PM

• 3:00–4:00 PM

DAY 2 Step onto the MU SIM Bus for a high‑energy day of immersive simulation! Learners rotate through Vfib, Pediatric Bradycardia, and OB Arrest scenarios—each designed to sharpen clinical decision‑making and teamwork. Only one session registration needed.

DAY 3 — Thursday, February 19

SIM STORM: The Aftershock

Participants only need to sign up for ONE simulation block.

These cases are NEW and differ from Day 1 to allow learners to complete all six.

Simulation Cases:

- Backwards iGel

- Child Abuse

- Cor Pulmonale

Schedule:

• 9:00–10:00 AM

• 10:00–11:00 AM

• 12:00–1:00 PM

DAY 3 Return for brand‑new scenarios—Backwards iGel, Child Abuse, and Cor Pulmonale—each offering added complexity and challenge. Learners who attend both simulation days will complete all six SIM STORM scenarios.
