The Month of November:

We are currently working on Realidades 1 textbook chapters 1A and 1B "¿Qué te gusta hacer?" In these chapters, students will:

  • Talk about activities they like and don't like to do.

  • I will introduce the verb "gustar" - I like

  • Ask other students what they like to do

  • Understand cultural perspectives on favorite activities,

  • Grammar points are: regular "ar", "er", and "ir" verbs, negatives and expressing agreement or disagreement. The verb "gustar in the plural form.

We will begin Chapters 2A and 2B Realidades 1 textbook "La escuela" students will:

  • Talk about school schedule and subjects

  • Discuss what students do during the day

  • Ask and tell who is doing the action

  • Compare your school with that of a student in a Spanish-speaking country
