Self Assessment & Professional Growth Plan (PGP)

Either a Professional Growth Plan or an Improvement Plan will be developed annually by every educator, regardless of whether on a full or less frequent evaluation cycle.

Each plan will be:

• Based on the results of the previous evaluation; and

• Aligned to any existing school district or building improvement plan(s)
