OSL VIETNAM

OSL Vietnam Shipping and Trading Limited Company, a distinguished entity in the maritime shipping sector, was duly incorporated in May 2015, with its headquarters situated in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. During the nascent years of 2015 and 2016, the company specialized in break bulk vessel chartering and brokerage services, whilst concurrently overseeing cargo nominations on behalf of the OSL Group. In January 2017, OSL Vietnam commissioned its proprietary Ship Management System and commenced the operation and bareboat chartering of its inaugural dry bulk carrier, christened Dong Thien Phu Star. Driven by an unwavering commitment to maritime excellence, the company established a proficient and dedicated crew to manage and navigate a fleet of three vessels engaged in trade across Southeast Asian waters, effective from December 2017. In 2019, OSL Vietnam bolstered its fleet with the acquisition of its first wholly owned vessel, Ho Tay 6, followed by the subsequent integration of two additional vessels, Ham Rong 8 and Hoi An 8, within the ensuing two years. With a steadfast resolve to cultivate trust among its seafarers, commercial partners, and subcontractors, and to uphold the highest standards of safety and punctuality for each voyage, OSL Vietnam has methodically enhanced its reputation as a reliable and esteemed operator within the global maritime shipping industry.
