Store Signage Server Troubleshooting
If there is an issue with a specific sign (missing or wrong info),
Please use the “Need to report an ad/sign/coupon issue” sheet.
*Please note* Check to make sure the issue you have, hasn’t already been
submitted by someone else. If so, please do not submit a new request.
The PDF of the weekly signs are posted on the server the afternoon before the
sale begins at the latest. Generally they are posted sooner.
If you are not seeing the sign PDF in the dated folder, please quit out of the
server and then go back in before filling out the issue form. A lot of times it is
server related.
If you are not able to get on the server at all, please contact the IT department.
