This isn't just a class; it’s a mission to welcome the next generation. You’ll be the face of the school for incoming 9th graders, guiding them from their very first orientation through their entire first year.

• Mentorship: Upperclassmen ("Link Leaders") act as positive role models, helping freshmen navigate social and academic challenges.

• Orientation & Events: Leaders run Freshman Orientation, lunch activities, study sessions, and social events.

• Skills Developed: Participants enhance leadership, communication, and project planning abilities.

• Structure: The class involves training, planning, and direct interaction with 9th-grade groups.

• Goal: To create a welcoming, safe, and supportive school environment that reduces the stress of the first year.
