Click on a topic below to go access the resources for that topic. Each lesson you will be provided with video's to help you understand your textbook, quizzes to help you reinforce the key facts to prepare for the lesson, and extension activities to develop your thoughts following the lesson. You also have these on your SOW doc on our Google Classroom, together with your digital classroom handout which contains all the exam questions for you to practice for that topic.
Keeping organised will help you get a high grade in PE.
You have your own SOW doc under the admin section of our Physiology Google Classroom. At the end of each lesson you need to add the link from your digital handout provided and any notes you have taken (press the return key to turn it into a link that will take you too that handout anytime you want to revisit that topic). That handout will conclude with all the past paper questions and their mark schemes there has ever been on that topic. There is a box for you to X when you have completed all the questions on that handout.
These revision slides contain enough detail to get a high grade on the A level PE Physiology paper - If you have mastered the skills to interpret and answer exam questions. We will practice this a lot in class. You have your own set of revision slides on our Physiology Google Classroom. You will be encouraged to continually personalise your slides as you practice each topic. Each of you individually will find different aspects difficult/ easy and might want to add more/ delete detail on them. You will also want to change the layout to a format you can easily understand and remember. You will be given ideas as to how to do these things in lessons. For those of you who are creative you might like to track your reflections by using a google Vids (create your own video that shows and explains what changes you have made and why). This would be a brilliant revision tool. Use this video to help you make one (see resources on our google classroom menu).
