A student from 1st semester submitted the video on the left as an optional assignment to earn some marks prior to the final exam. She got 10/10 !
She used an app called Procreate to write the text and screen recorded the video. She then used iMovie to edit and record her voice into it. She used a subtitle making app for the intro and the outro.
DON'T WORRY, I will show you some apps were it is a lot easier, and it will only be something quick and small if you like.

I messed around with a few, and DU Recorder seemed to work well enough (aka X Recorder). You can record everything that happens on your screen, and it records your voice. A mobile "Screen Cast" station in your hand.

You can use a built in iOS recorder with no extra downloads required. However, they are reports of it crashing, so it night not be stable.

Not many of us like to hear our own voice, let alone see ourselves on video. I hate it. But sucked it up and did some online game play for a sample record.
