Hi, Osceola Elementary Families!

Welcome to the OES Principal page! I am thrilled to introduce myself as the principal of Osceola Elementary School, a place where kids really do come first. We are a PreK-2nd grade school with over 65 talented staff members that serve over 425 students. There are many great things happening at OES and we are just getting started! This year will be filled with many firsts for your child and your family!

The staff and I are incredibly dedicated to ensuring your tiny Chieftain has a high quality educational experience that he/she will build on for the rest of their academic career. We are deeply committed to make a positive difference in the lives of our students. The School District of Osceola has a tradition of academic excellence. We really believe that excellence starts in our classrooms. On top of a rich, standards based curriculum, we offer Tier II and Tier III learning opportunities to make sure we reach all learners.

While we are incredibly proud of our academic achievements, we are even more proud of the well rounded, whole child approach we take to social-emotional learning and well-being. We use PBIS, REACH classes and Responsive Classroom practices to ensure our students are ready for academic learning. We offer social-emotional reteaches and on-site mental health counseling for students in need of additional support.

I mentioned that kids come first at OES. All decisions are based on a simple question, "What's best for kids?" Your child's safety, well-being and academic success are my top priorities.
