All About Me

My name is Katie Hannigan. I teach Title 1/ Intervention. The 2023-24 school year will be my 15th year in Osceola and I love meeting new students and families every year.

I grew up in rural Poynette, Wisconsin. I graduated from Poynette High School in 2004. I attended college at UW-Whitewater where I received my Bachelors of Science in Education for grades PreK-6. I received a Reading Teacher license from UW-River Falls in 2015.

I married my husband, Eric, in 2016. We live in Balsam Lake with our 3 children, our puppy Daisy, and our cat Peanut. We enjoy spending time together playing and reading. I love to craft including: sewing, crocheting, knitting and cross stitching.  I also love books!

Roger is now 5 years old and is in Kindergarten here in Osceola. He loves all things Spidey and dinosaur. Rilla is 2 years old, full of energy and spunk and has a love for her dollies and her books! She is also in love with her baby sister, Rose. Rose is 4 months old and loves rolling over!
