OSC-PTO website is open now for all parents.

3-Way Conferences

• Thursday, March 31^st, 2022 from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

• Friday, April 1^st, 2022 from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

When the system opens for 3-Way Conferences, parents will receive an email with the PIN to access OSC-PTO. You cannot obtain a new PIN or book appointments until the system opens for parents.

Please note:

• We use the system Parent Teacher Online (PTO) to manage the bookings for 3-Way Conferences for Primary and Secondary Schools. The system allows you to book meetings automatically or you may manually pick the times that you see each teacher.

• You do not need to arrange a conference with every teacher, but may choose which teachers you would like to see.

• Teachers may also request a conference with you; this will be noted by an exclamation point next to the class name.

• Please contact the principals, counsellors and co-ordinators directly if you wish to meet them.

• Please note that due to dress rehearsals and preparation for the Spring Gala Concert, Ms. Loretta Duncan (Music) will be unavailable for conferences on Thursday 31st and after 2.30pm on Friday 1st April.

• Students will not have regular classes on these two days. However they should be part of virtual 3-Way Conferences.
