One option available to teachers is scheduling a Google Meets meeting with a parent and giving the parents instructions on how to turn on subtitles in the meeting and change the language of the subtitles.

Parent receives a Google Meets invitation from the teacher
Parent enters the meeting at the appointed time
Click on the Turn On Captions icon on the bottom right side of the screen
Right click on the Turn On Captions icon
A translation box will pop up with the default language on your computer (for instance, Translate to Espanol). If the language is not what you want go to the address bar and click on the Google Translate icon.
If the language is not what you want click on the 3 dots to the right of the language
Click on Choose Another Language
Click on the Language you want
Click on Translate
If you want to change the language back to English click on the translate icon in website address bar
