The Organization of School Administrators and Supervisors (OSAS) of the Detroit Public School Community District is the sole collective bargaining agent for administrators and supervisors.
OSAS is dedicated to elevating educational leadership by advocating for stronger roles and higher status for its members. It actively shapes policies alongside the superintendent and fights for fair salaries and working conditions.
Beyond advocacy, OSAS builds bridges—fostering collaboration between its members, the school board, the superintendent, employee groups, and the community to create a better educational environment for all.
Our union is proud to affiliate with the American Federation of School Administrators (AFSA), the national voice for school leaders committed to excellence and equity in every school and community.
