Develop a district-wide MTSS Tiered Intervention Plan for Math/ELA/Behavior

By June 2029, students scoring Basic or Proficient on the MAP/EOC math assessments will increase by 3% annually. Growth targets will be supported by data-driven instruction, targeted interventions, and regular progress monitoring. By June 2029, students scoring Basic or Proficient on MAP/EOC ELA assessments will increase by 3% annually. Growth will be driven by consistent implementation of standards-based instruction, data-driven instruction, formative assessment practices, and tiered interventions aligned to MTSS practices.

Monitor implementation of approved curriculum with feedback and support for teachers. Focus on core content.
Implement universal screeners/benchmarks to identify student needs.

By June 2029, 100% of the district curriculum will be aligned to the Missouri Learning Standards (MLS) and implemented by all staff as guided by the district curriculum handbook. Alignment will be supported through structured professional learning though DCI-MTSS, curriculum writing teams, and annual review by district leadership and BOE.
