By June 2029, the district will earn 100% of Success Ready points possible on the APR.  Efforts will focus on KEA, attendance, student leadership, and ICAP’s.  The district will support students through career education programs and organizations, college readiness assessments, dual credit courses, and post-secondary planning.

By June 2029, participation from the community and staff on culture and climate surveys will have increased 15% each year.  Efforts will focus on increasing awareness of the survey, delivery methods of the survey, and sharing survey results.

  • Share culture and climate survey results with all stakeholders.

  • Review survey administration, participation, and awareness.  Develop strategies to increase participation.

  • Implement district Success Ready Plan, and include CTSO, apprenticeship, and internship opportunities.

  • Develop a district-wide MTSS Tiered Intervention Plan for Math/ELA/Behavior

By June 2029, students scoring Basic or Proficient on the MAP/EOC math assessments will increase by 3% annually. Growth targets will be supported by data-driven instruction, targeted interventions, and regular progress monitoring.   By June 2029, students scoring Basic or Proficient on MAP/EOC ELA assessments will increase by 3% annually. Growth will be driven by consistent implementation of standards-based instruction, data-driven instruction, formative assessment practices, and tiered interventions aligned to MTSS practices. 

  • Monitor implementation of approved curriculum with feedback and support for teachers.  Focus on core content. 

  • Implement universal screeners/benchmarks to identify student needs.

By June 2029, 100% of the district curriculum will be aligned to the Missouri Learning Standards (MLS) and implemented by all staff as guided by the district curriculum handbook. Alignment will be supported through structured professional learning though DCI-MTSS, curriculum writing teams, and annual review by district leadership and BOE.
