Proposal to form committee to explore alternate convention organizational structures Submitted to BoD 20240729.pdfThis committee, formed by Board action at the September 15th OSFCI BoD meeting based on a proposal from the OSFCI Continuity Committee, is exploring alternateives to the current "chair bids to the Board and then runs their awarded convention for a year" model.

We are seeking two kinds of input from the broader OSFCI community. We also welocme additional members who would like to join the OSFCI Chair Process Review Committee.
