Panui: Reading workspace

In our Reading Workspace, students develop the skills they need to become confident and independent readers.

We focus on:

• Exploring new vocabulary

• Understanding what we read (comprehension)

• Reading smoothly and with expression (fluency

• Building reading stamina and mileage

• Enjoying time to just read a book through Reading Partnerships

Our goal is to help students enjoy reading, understand different types of texts, and grow a love of books.
