Rules/ Regulations:
If you miss your pickup and do not notify us by phone (908-876-3351) or email (csa@ortfarms.com) by the end of your pickup day, your share will be donated to the local food pantry.
If you do not notify us via phone or email that you are unable to pick up your share on pickup day, you will not be able to pick up your share the following day.
If you miss a pickup and have already used your vacation week, you may not double- up another week to make up for it. It takes careful, precise planning to reserve a specific amount allotted to each member each week.
We ask you to make every attempt to pick up on your designated day, but we know that life happens! The following changes can be made weekly for a $5 service fee per change. The first time, the fee will be waived as a courtesy, but continuous changes will be charged.

-If you want us to box your share for you, we can.

Please note: If you need to adjust your pickup time outside our hours, we cannot guarantee your share items will be available.
After one day has passed since your requested change day, we'll donate your share to a local food pantry.
